2026 Raffle Rules:

Each calendar is numbered and serves as your proof of purchase.  Monterey County Farm Bureau (Farm Bureau) will randomly draw one calendar number January 8, 2026 and one every month following on the second Thursday of each month and ending on December 10, 2026.  Winners will be contacted by phone or email following the drawing.  The winning number will be announced the day of the drawing on the Farm Bureau Social Media pages and notice of winning numbers will be emailed to each contestant who provides an email address.  All winners will have their winning calendar number published by Farm Bureau.  Your contact information will not be published, only winning numbers will be posted on social media and our website.  Must be 21 or over to purchase and be a prize winner.

If Farm Bureau cannot contact the winner within 60 days of the drawing, Farm Bureau may draw a new calendar number for that prize.  Firearm prizes not acquired from dealer with 60 days will be forfeited and a new calendar number will be drawn.  The winner of a firearm must pay to the firearm dealer all costs associated with registration, background check, and other fees.  The winner of a firearm is responsible for understanding and complying with all laws pertaining to the purchase, transfer possession or ownership of a firearm.  Firearm prizes cannot be exchanged or returned for credit.  The winner of a firearm must acquire it directly from Green Valley Farm Supply.  Farm Bureau is not obligated to deliver to or hold any prize for a winner.  No information here is intended as legal advice or a restatement of law; consult a licensed attorney for legal advice.

Make all checks to purchase calendars payable to “Monterey County Farm Bureau.”  Contributions to Farm Bureau are not tax deductible as charitable contributions.  Monterey County Farm Bureau is a nonprofit, Internal Revenue Code section 501(c)(5) tax-exempt organization.  Farm Bureau will sell 235 calendars for $150.00 each.  Calendar sales are non-refundable.  Each calendar number can be drawn only once, for one prize.  Farm Bureau reserves the right to substitute a prize of the same retail value for any reason.  For questions on the 2025 Sportsmen Raffle Calendar, please contact Monterey County Farm Bureau Administrative Assistant Susanne McBride at 831-751-3100 or adminstration@montereycfb.com.
