MCFB Annual Meeting
At the 99th Annual Meeting of Monterey County Farm Bureau members, held on Firday, October 7th, we honored long-time Board member and Past President Bob Martin. Bobby has been a tireless voice for Salinas Valley Agriculture throughout his 40+ year career, and we at Farm Bureau have benefited from his knowledge and understanding of the issues, crop production, and water use. Always a quick wit, Bobby has contributed to our organization is so many ways ... too many to list here. We wish him well on his quest to fulfill his retirement stage of life in northern Nevada.
New Officers were also elected by the Board of Directors at the Annual Meeting:
- President: Colby Pereira
- Vice-President, Finance - Francis Giudici
- Vice-President, Legislative Affairs - April Mackie
- Vice-President, Membership - Steve Wiley
- Vice-President, Fundraising - Mark Kennedy
