Farm Day
Monterey County Ag Education sponsors three Farm Days each year in Monterey County. Third-grade students learn how their food is produced, experience animals first-hand, and gain an understanding about food safety.
Farm Day Salinas is set for November 1st, South County Farm Day (King City) will be on January 31st, and Farm Day Monterey will be on February 28th; volunteer to be a class guide (and learn about local Ag at the same time) at the MCAE website here.
