Farm Day
Monterey County Ag Education sponsors three Farm Days each year in Monterey County. Third-grade students learn how their food is produced, experience animals first-hand, and gain an understanding about food safety.
California Foundation for Agriculture in the Classroom sponsored a San Francisco Farm Day as part of their 25th Anniversary Celebration. Inner-city schools hosted farmers and their animals in a day of education, fun, and memories.
